Production Description
PU insulation board (full name: polyurethane insulation board) is a new type of insulation building material with polyurethane rigid foam as the core material. With its excellent heat insulation performance and structural stability, it has become the mainstream choice in the field of building energy conservation. Its completely closed-cell structure ensures a water absorption rate of ≤1%, making it less prone to mold and swelling in humid and rainy regions (such as the plum rain season in the south). It is also resistant to acids and alkalis and anti-aging. Even when exposed to outdoor or industrial environments for a long time (such as chemical workshops and cold storage), its service life can still reach over 20 years. Adopting fluorine-free foaming technology, it does not release harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene, and can be directly used in sensitive places such as residences, hospitals and schools.
