Production Description
Fixed suspension rods: Drill holes with an electric drill at intervals of the keel positioning lines (usually 80-120cm) and drive in expansion bolts. Install the metal suspension rods, ensuring they are vertical and evenly spaced, and the load-bearing capacity meets the requirements.
Installation of the main keel: Hang the main painted keel (mostly 38mm wide) on the hanger, fix it with the hanging pieces, adjust the levelness of the main keel, control the spacing at 80-120cm, and leave a 5-10cm gap from both ends to the wall.
Assemble the secondary keel: According to the size of the board (such as 600x600mm), insert the secondary painted keel (mostly 24mm wide) into the main keel through connecting pieces. The spacing of the secondary keel should be consistent with the side length of the board to ensure it is flat and free of looseness.
Installation of panels and finishing: Insert the ceiling panels (such as mineral wool boards) one by one into the secondary keel frame, and adjust the position of the panels to align the seams. Finally, check the overall flatness, deal with the corners and gaps, and clear away the installation debris
