Production Description
The production of light steel keel uses cold-rolled thin steel plates as raw materials, and the core process is divided into four steps:
Raw material pretreatment: Unfold the rolled cold-rolled thin steel plates, undergo degreasing, rust removal and phosphating treatment to remove impurities, and then carry out galvanizing (hot-dip galvanizing or cold galvanizing) to enhance moisture-proof and rust-proof capabilities.
Cold bending forming: The pre-treated steel plates are sent into the fully automatic cold bending machine, where they are gradually rolled by multiple sets of rolls to form a skeleton cross-section shape according to the design specifications (such as U-shaped, C-shaped, T-shaped), ensuring precise dimensions.
Fixed-length cutting: After the long keel is formed, it is cut into fixed-length finished products by a CNC cutting machine according to the customer's requirements (such as 3 meters, 4 meters), avoiding the errors of manual cutting.
Inspection and packaging: Random checks are conducted on the appearance, size and compressive strength of the finished products. After passing the inspection, they are bundled and packaged according to specifications to prevent deformation during transportation and finally stored in the warehouse for dispatch.
