Production Description

The process of "6-roll coating + 3 UV curing" is adopted (most of the peers use 4-roll coating + 2 curing), and the surface paint film thickness is uniform (30-35μm), without sagging or bubbles.
The edge banding adopts "laser seamless edge banding" (instead of the traditional EVA edge banding), with a fusion degree of 99% between the edge banding strip and the board, and the moisture resistance is improved by 80%, avoiding the edge banding from falling off after long-term use.
The printing process uses "8-color high-definition digital printing", with a texture reproduction rate of 98% (such as wood grain and stone grain), color difference ΔE≤0.8, and no obvious visual difference for batch orders.
