High-Performance Acoustic Wall Panel
Production Description

Acoustic panels are engineered to absorb and diffuse sound waves, effectively minimizing echo and controlling reverberation in enclosed spaces. They help improve speech clarity, reduce ambient noise, and enhance the overall acoustic experience. Those boards are typically made from environmentally friendly materials including high density polyester fiber, offering benefits like fire resistance, moisture resistance, lightweight structure, and non-toxic properties.
Differentiation advantage
The production process of our company's MDF sound-absorbing board has significant advantages over those of our peers: the base materials of our peers are mostly treated with one pressing process, while our company adopts a three-stage high-temperature cold pressing process, which increases the density uniformity of the base material by 25% and effectively avoids the problem of sound-absorbing hole blockage.
In the sound-absorbing hole processing stage, most of our peers adopt a single drilling method. Our company innovatively uses a combined process of laser engraving and mechanical drilling, with the hole diameter error controlled within ±0.1mm. The arrangement accuracy of the sound-absorbing holes far exceeds that of our peers, ensuring a stable sound absorption effect.
In terms of environmental protection processes, most of our peers use ordinary urea-formaldehyde adhesives. Our company adopts formaldehyde-free MDI adhesives and combines them with high-temperature formaldehyde removal technology. The formaldehyde emission of the finished product is ≤0.02mg/m³, which is far below the national standard. Few of our peers can meet this environmental protection standard.

Application scenarios
Acoustic wall panels are widely used in a variety of interior environments that require sound control, echo reduction, and enhanced acoustic comfort. Thanks to their excellent sound absorption, fire resistance, and decorative appeal, they are a popular choice in both commercial and residential settings.
In performance and entertainment spaces such as theaters, cinemas, concert halls, recording studios, and music rooms, acoustic panels help manage reverberation time and eliminate unwanted echoes, significantly improving sound clarity and quality. They create ideal listening environments that enhance the experience for audiences and performers alike.
In corporate and educational settings like conference rooms, classrooms, lecture halls, and libraries, these panels help reduce noise distractions and improve speech intelligibility, creating a more focused and productive environment.
For commercial spaces such as hotels, shopping malls, KTV rooms, restaurants, and offices, acoustic panels provide both noise control and aesthetic enhancement. Their variety of surface finishes and colors make them suitable for integration into modern interior designs.
In residential applications, such as home theaters, living rooms, and home offices, acoustic panels are used to create quiet, comfortable atmospheres for work, relaxation, or entertainment.
Additionally, acoustic wall panels are frequently used in factories, workshops, and gymnasiums to reduce industrial or environmental noise and ensure safer, more pleasant working conditions.
Whether for professional audio control or everyday noise reduction, acoustic wall panels are a versatile solution for improving acoustic quality and enhancing indoor environments.
The benefits of choosing us
Acoustic panels come in various materials and finishes: fabric, felt, wood veneer, or painted surfaces. Available in customizable sizes and thicknesses (commonly 9mm–24mm), they can be installed with adhesive, clips, or suspension systems. Their visual versatility and high-performance sound control make them a top choice for modern interior spaces that demand both function and style.
